Phở (Vietnamese Noodle Soup)
Northern-style. Clear beef broth simmered slowly, flat rice noodle, green onion. Rare beef cooks in the bowl. Ask us about allergens; we take care but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
Traditional Sliced Beef (Phở Bò Tái)
Rare beef laid raw and cooked by our hot, slow-simmered beef broth as it pours on top. The simplest bowl, and the truest. Flat rice noodle.
